Position:Certified Pool Operator/Head Maintenance	Location: Avalanche Bay Indoor Waterpark
Individual initiates and coordinates activities associated with maintaining and repairing physical structures of the building. Directs workers engaged in painting and performing structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of the buildings. Assures individual compliance and other department Team Members compliance with company policies, safety regulations, department rules/regulations, and operating procedures. Requisitions tools, equipment and supplies. Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work. Inspects completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards. Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignments by maintaining time and production records. Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments. Daily monitoring of pool and HVAC systems, chemical balance and air environment. Ensures professional service through training and knowledge of subordinate job descriptions while maintaining a motivated and well-informed staff through leadership and example. Originates work orders, supervise tasks, projects, and work assigned to department personnel. Must have ability to instruct and take direction through written and verbal communications. Skilled in proper operation of hand tools, power tools, testing and analytical equipment plus assorted, specialized HVAC management devices. High School graduate or GED completion with a minimum of 5 years experience in the hotel maintenance or directly related industry. A complete knowledge of maintenance department rules, regulations and safety procedures with a history of problem solving and working in a team environment required. CPO certification is required within 3 months from the date of hire.

Position:Waterpark Maintenance	Location: Avalanche Bay Indoor Waterpark
Assists the CPO/head maintenance supervisor with maintaining and repairing physical structures of the waterpark and maintains grounds and other common areas. Balances and ensures chemical supply, performs manual water checks and monitors waterpark air environment and air handling equipment. Check waterpark equipment to ensure proper function and repair/report any dysfunctions. Identify maintenance issues or potential maintenance problems within the waterpark. Assists waterpark facility with slide pool maintenance, cleaning of the pools and other common areas. Research and gather quotes for needed tools and maintenance equipment for the waterpark. Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet and maintain production schedules. Complies with safety regulations, department rules/regulations, and operating procedures. Must be skilled in proper operation of hand tools, power tools, testing and analytical equipment plus assorted, specialized HVAC management devices. High School graduate or GED completion with a minimum of 3 years experience in the hotel maintenance or directly related industry. CPO certification is required within 3 months from the date of hire.
